Team
We are seeking a Supervisor, Programs to provide health and wellness programs for children, youth, adults and families. The Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and delivering a variety of programs, which may include; conditioning centre orientations and management, child minding, rentals, aquatic and dryland classes. The Supervisor, Programs would need to demonstrate flexibility in working a variety of shifts and be committed to delivering high-quality programming that meets the community needs.
This is a contract position located at the Placentia Regional YMCA. Job Requirements
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of the fitness industry.
Fitness Leadership
Certifications considered an asset
Experience working with and delivering a variety of classes to diverse populations
Experience leading and coaching staff teams to provide safe, effective and positive program experiences
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer proficiency
Standard First Aid and CPR
Acceptable Criminal Records Check and Vulnerable Sectors Check
