As a Supplement Advisor, you will play a vital role in guiding customers through their supplement choices, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and providing expert advice to support their wellness goals.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers by providing detailed information about dietary supplements, vitamins, and health products to meet their individual needs.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate customers on supplement benefits and proper usage.
- Promote products through effective marketing strategies, including in-store displays and promotional events.
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs, answering questions, and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current supplement trends, ingredients, and health benefits to deliver accurate guidance.
- Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service, active listening, and clear communication.




- Participate in public speaking engagements or community outreach initiatives to promote health awareness programs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store environment is welcoming, organized, and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or retail sales, preferably within the health or supplement industry.
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to effectively promote products and engage customers.
- Experience conducting product demos or presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proven sales experience with a focus on achieving targets through consultative selling techniques.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with strong communication and public speaking abilities.
- Knowledge of nutritional supplements, dietary guidelines, and health-related products is preferred.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
