Position SummaryWe are opening a new medical clinic located at 75 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1P 0E6, with operations scheduled to commence on April 1, 2026. We require ten (10) Family Physicians to provide family medicine services at this location upon opening. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, holistic family medicine services to a rostered and walk‑in patient population. These are permanent, full‑time positions.
Successful candidates will be expected to perform all duties associated with family care services, including:
Family Physicians will be expected to work full‑time (a minimum of 35 hours per week). Physicians will have flexibility in determining their working hours within the clinic’s operational timeframe of 08:00 am to 08:00 pm, seven days per week, and will participate in a coordinated rotation for walk‑in clinic services to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Compensation and AdvantagesCompensation will be fee‑for‑service,
in accordance with the physician’s billing under the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), in accordance with the Schedule of Benefits and policies established by the Ontario Ministry of Health. Anticipated total annual compensation based on this model and practice size is approximately CAD$345,000 annually. Competitive rate of overhead charged.
In addition to fee‑for‑service earnings, physicians will be eligible to participate in profit‑sharing after three (3) months of employment, based on the clinic’s net revenue and mutually agreed allocation formula.
Benefits package including medical, paramedical, dental and pharmaceutical will be offered, with employer paying 50% of the premium.
We will also provide support for interprovincial licensing transitions.
