This role requires expertise in HR/payroll outsourcing and robust project management skills to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Complete Client shell setup and dashboard creation in Prism
Manage multiple client implementations and run initial payrolls
Train newly onboarded clients on our products
Act as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders
Audit and review client payroll and HR data for accuracy Requirements:
Minimum 3 years related experience required
Knowledge of HR/Payroll outsourcing and HRIS systems
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Time management and project management expertise
