Law Clerk - Condominium
North Toronto
Our client, a high-end real estate boutique is in need of a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk with Condominium Development experience to join their north Toronto office!
Responsibilities
2+ years of real estate experience with some exposure to condominium development is required.
Ability to carry files from opening through to completion.
Demonstrated proficiency and professionalism in corresponding with third parties.
Robust knowledge of Teraview, Conveyancer and Microsoft Office programs.
