As the Director, Insights & Analytics, you will define the strategy for commercial forecasting, business insights, and analytics that drive decision-making across Sephora Canada. You'll transform complex data into actionable insights, helping shape priorities across pricing, promotions, loyalty, client engagement, and overall business growth.

Partnering with senior leaders across Retail, Ecommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and North America, you'll uncover prospects, influence key decisions, and ensure data remains at the heart of how we grow and serve our clients.





We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded analytics leader who can turn data into compelling stories, build trusted partnerships, and inspire high-performing teams. You bring executive presence, solid business acumen, and a proven track record of translating insights into measurable business impact.

What You'll Do:

Commercial Forecasting & Business Insights
Lead the development of sales forecasting strategies and methodologies that support planning, budgeting, and business growth.
Translate sales performance data into actionable insights on key business drivers, including traffic, conversion, promotions, product launches, marketing initiatives, and competitive activity.
Partner with Planning, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to develop aligned, data-driven forecasts and recommendations.
