Ledcor is seeking experienced Labourers for their Telecom Construction team in Milton, Ontario. These individuals will play a key role in advancing telecommunications infrastructure by performing a variety of underground utility and civil construction tasks. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, technically adept, and able to work efficiently as part of a crew in outdoor environments.

What You’ll Need
Experience in underground utility construction, civil construction, or landscaping (asset)
Ability to read underground telecommunication plans and work maps
Experience operating and maintaining mini excavators, skid steers, and backhoes
Robust time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to write clearly for different forms of communication
Clean drivers abstract
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
