This leadership role requires a passion for coaching and clinical excellence, focusing on mentoring Registered Dental Hygienists. You will develop hygiene strategies while ensuring outstanding patient experiences are delivered consistently across locations. Key Responsibilities:
Provide mentorship to Registered Dental Hygienists across clinics
Develop and implement hygiene standards and best practices




Support onboarding and ongoing training for recent hygienists
Drive patient care initiatives and improve clinical efficiency
Enhance practices with digital dentistry and scanners

Requirements:
Registered Dental Hygienist in positive standing
10+ years of clinical hygiene experience
5+ years in clinical leadership or mentorship
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel throughout Ontario
