Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes
Manage project cost accounting, including budgeting and change orders
Ensure accuracy in Estimate at Completion forecasting
Collaborate with operations for improved forecasting and decision-making
Oversee AR/AP, payroll, and cash management

Requirements:
CPA certification required
10+ years full cycle accounting experience
3+ years in a management role
Construction industry experience essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Jonas Premier preferred
