Lead and develop a diverse team of Safety specialists
Oversee implementation of Safety strategy and initiatives




Track operational metrics and KPIs for performance improvement
Serve as the primary Safety authority and point of contact
Manage the Safety department budget and resource allocation Requirements:
15+ years in health and safety within large organizations
8+ years of leadership experience
Expertise in EHS technology platforms
Robust understanding of federal and provincial regulations
