Planning & Cash Management
Build agile budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Track revenue, margins, and expenses - conduct variance analysis to stay on target.
Lead cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital.

Compliance & External Relations
Ensure compliance with tax, payroll, and audit standards.
Collaborate with auditors, tax pros, and regulators.
