Interested in joining one of Canada’s top performing asset managers? We are looking for a Compute & StorageDomain Architect to join our Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering team. This role owns the strategic direction, architecture, and evolution of the Compute & Storage platform domain.

This includescomputeinfrastructure, virtualization, enterprise storage, workload hosting, resiliency, and recovery capabilities across on-premises and hybrid settings. This is a senior technical leadership role for an experienced architect who can balance long-term platform strategy with practical execution. You will define platform standards, drive architecture decisions, influence technology investments, and ensure the platform evolves in line with business needs, operational requirements, and industry best practices.

Our offices currently operate on a hybrid mode with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week.

What You Will Do
Own the architecture, strategy, and roadmap for the Compute & Storage platform domain




Define target-state architectures, platform standards, and technology guardrails
Make and govern key technology decisions relating to workload hosting, virtualization, storage, resiliency, and recovery
Establish standardized platform patterns that improve scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency
Evaluate emerging technologies and drive platform modernization initiatives
Partner with business, application, security, and infrastructure teams to align platform capabilities with business objectives
Provide architectural leadership across major initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Guide engineering teams and SMEs through design reviews, technical direction, and architectural governance
Own platform lifecycle planning, capacity strategy, technical debt reduction, and long-term sustainabilit
