What you'll do
Stock and organize products to ensure shelves are fully stocked for customers.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the Smallwares area.
Greet and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or needs to the supervisor.
Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.




Previous experience in a retail or stocking role is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Availability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have
Experience in a warehouse or grocery workplace.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Skills & tools
Proficient in using basic hand tools and equipment.
Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a retail setting.
Ability to operate a pallet jack or similar equipment.
