Your mission - Captain the Challenger CL30 series in domestic and international operations with uncompromising safety and professionalism.
Execute all phases of flight: planning, performance, fuel, weight and balance, FMS programming, and flight release coordination.
Operate in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and international procedures for operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
Deliver a refined, customer-centric experience; anticipate needs and communicate with poise under pressure.
Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure on-time, on-standard departures.
Model a just culture: lead by example, mentor, and uphold the highest safety and service standards. What you bring (Minimum requirements) - Total Time: 3,000+ hours
Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 2,000+ hours
Jet Time: 500+ hours
License: Valid ATPL (TCCA)
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Type Rating: Not required – CL30 training provided for selected candidates
Eligibility: Meets ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada




Professionalism: Solid customer service orientation; proven ability to perform effectively under pressure
Travel: Willing and able to travel without restriction Preferred qualifications - Challenger 3500 experience (robust asset)
International flying experience and familiarity with global procedures
Recent experience in customer-facing corporate/charter operations
A track record as a highly experienced Captain with exemplary decision-making Training and progression No type rating? No problem. For qualified Captains, we provide CL30 type rating and recurrent training focused on standardization, safety leadership, and operational excellence.
