We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at BRIGHTER STAFFING AGENCY. As an RPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in clients' conditions

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

Provide emotional support and comfort to clients and their families

Educate clients and their families on health management and disease prevention

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing education and training

Requirements

Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse





Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

Knowledge of nursing best practices and standards of care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Valid CPR and First Aid certification
