Overview
Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Sudbury, ON. As a full time, permanent employee, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes or in a healthcare facility

Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for each client

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Educate clients and their families on health management and disease prevention

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and care provided

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care





Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge

Requirements

Valid RN license in the province of Ontario

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or a healthcare facility

Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
