Year 2: Cross-train on Cold Metal Transfer and fiber laser welding. Begin robot path programming
Year 3+: Cell leadership, fixture design, or specialized process development
What We're Investing In
Cobotics cells (collaborative robots)-expanding capacity
Expanded fiber laser welding systems
Continuous process improvement programs where YOUR ideas get implemented
You’ll work with equipment that's constantly evolving. If learning excites you, so will this role.
Equipment You’ll Work With
Robotic IPG fiber laser welding cells
Fronius iWave TIG with Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) for zero-spatter thin material work
CRS & aluminum sheet-metal assemblies and jigs/fixtures
