We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator on a 12-month maternity contract. You will provide crucial administrative support to the Operations leadership team, managing documents, coordinating meetings, and assisting with special projects. This role requires a proactive approach to handling multiple priorities in our fast-paced logistics department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process driver payroll and reimbursement requests promptly
• Manage company invoicing and track payments accurately




• Coordinate ordering of operational and office supplies
• Organize departmental meetings and regional events
• Maintain confidential records and files securely

Requirements:
• Postsecondary education in Business Administration preferred
• 2+ years in administrative or operations support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
