We are seeking a Division Lead for our Driveway Maintenance Crew. As the Division Lead, you will perform a wide variety of asphalt/driveway projects for various clients across the city.

Job Summary
Our Driveway Maintenance Division Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of 2-3 crew members to complete residential and commercial projects on our client's driveways and parking lots

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Use equipment to perform asphalt crack filling, sealcoating, and minor asphalt repairs

Assist with sales, estimating, and marketing efforts to procure projects

Assist in the scheduling and operational planning of the division

Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project

Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager and clients

Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING

A G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation

You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve

You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail

Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)

Ability to work well independently unsupervised

Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset

Experience in sales is an asset
