Lab is seeking a skilled individual for a 12-month contract. This role requires expertise in AI model architectures, computational characteristics, and performance evaluation for next-generation accelerators. You will contribute to enhancing algorithm performance across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:
Track evolution of AI model architectures and requirements
Analyze computational characteristics for AI training workloads
Develop frameworks for AI applications and hardware mappings
Identify productive inference deployment strategies
Provide architectural recommendations for AI system performance

Requirements:
Robust understanding of AI model architectures and trends
Knowledge of AI accelerators: GPUs, TPUs
Hands-on experience with AI kernel development, CUDA
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, JAX
Ph.D. in relevant field is an asset
