Our client is a well‑established custom equipment and component manufacturer with over 25 years of proven success. They are seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical sales environment, excels at relationship‑building, and enjoys supporting customers with complex, engineered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively follow up on qualified leads generated by the sales department
Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, solutions, and services
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers throughout the sales cycle
Prepare accurate and timely quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation
Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales opportunities
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and activity logs in the CRM system
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer site visits as required
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally within water treatment, custom metal fabrication, or other technical/industrial environments
Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills
High technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex products and engineered solutions
Robust organizational skills and ability to thrive in a rapid‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software.
