Key Responsibilities:



• Provide assessment and intake for new participants • Collaborate on individualized service planning • Support participants’ self-care and emotional skills • Guide families in accessing community resources • Engage in team meetings for program evaluations

Requirements: • 2-year diploma in Child and Youth Care (required) • 3 years of experience in substance use treatment • Strong case management and counseling skills • Knowledge of community resources and harm reduction • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
