We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage our end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics, inventory processing, subcontractor dispatching, and vendor communications.

In this role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of our vehicle assets—coordinating logistics partners, tracking inventory flow in our ERP and spreadsheet systems, ensuring administrative and legal compliance, and supporting international and local distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Dispatch Operations

- Dispatch internal drivers and manage third-party towing and transport subcontractors across regional routes.
- Issue pickup orders and monitor strict fulfillment windows to prevent holding and storage penalties.
- Proactively communicate via Outlook and phone with pickup locations and vendor yards to confirm inventory availability and prevent wasted transport cycles.

2. Inbound Receiving & Inventory Control

- Audit and log inbound vehicle assets in our ERP system and master Excel tracking sheets.
- Finalize inbound work orders in the ERP system

3. Vendor Management & Subcontractor Procurement

- Monitor daily incoming emails to extract invoices for dispatch.
- Manage key vendor partners regarding stock readiness and title transfers.

4. Administrative & Growth Support

- Handle supply chain admin tasks via Microsoft Outlook,

including vendor communications, insurance updates, and operational supply inventory.
- Support walk-in sales inquiries and collaborate with internal sales staff.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1–3 years in supply chain operations, automotive logistics, freight coordination, or inventory management.
- Systems Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel (data entry, inventory tracking, invoice reconciliation), and Microsoft Outlook for daily business communications.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial transportation regulations (CVOR, tow ratings), provincial title transfers (Service Ontario), and customs/export documentation (Bills of Sale, VIN auditing).
- Communication: Clear communication capabilities across Microsoft Outlook, phone, and messaging platforms to interface with carriers, suppliers, and trade documentation teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong numerical accuracy for reconciling Excel inventory lists, auditing invoices, and minimizing operational lead times.

Benefits & Work Environment

- Competitive salary package based on experience.
- Dynamic, hands-on supply chain setting with high operational variety.
- Opportunities to contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
