Position Overview:





We are seeking a solid Systems and Cloud Administrator to join our team in Surrey. This is a full time Hybrid position that requires some flexibility for evening and weekend work.

Systems Administration Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

- 3-5+ years of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support experience
- 3-5+ years supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- 3-5+ years administering SCCM/MECM and SCOM
- 2-3+ years supporting VMware environments
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fiel
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for occasional onsite visits within BC
- Comfortable participating in on-call and after-hours support rotations

In addition:

- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Excellent PowerShell scripting capability
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft environments
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline
- Security-conscious mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment




- Reliability for after-hours support and operational ownership

- Microsoft Azure administration
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory (On-Premises and Hybrid)
- Azure Entra ID / AD Connect
- Intune
- Microsoft Defender / ATP
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- Windows Server administration
- Group Policy and AGPM
- DNS, DHCP, DFS
- SCCM / MECM
- SCOM monitoring
- VMware 7.x and 8.x
- Hybrid identity environments
- Endpoint management
- Patch management and vulnerability remediation
- Backup and disaster recovery solutions
- ITIL-based service management processes

Preferred / Asset Skills

- Citrix VDI environments
- HPE Synergy
- HPE SimpliVity
- Cisco UCS
- Project management experience
