This position emphasizes performing emergency on-call duties, conducting preventative inspections, and maintaining vacant suites. Successful candidates will troubleshoot issues effectively while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
Address maintenance requests within 72 hours
Perform emergency maintenance as required
Conduct maintenance of vacant suites and common areas
Coordinate inspections with the Customer Care Team
Assist with snow removal and other assigned tasks Requirements:
Minimum two years maintenance service experience
Three years renovation experience considered an asset
Solid customer service skills and a positive attitude
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
