Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform daily cash balancing with precision
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and displays effectively
Provide product information and technical sales support for electronic or specialized items
Manage phone inquiries professionally,



directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed
Demonstrate solid time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service

Experience
Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
Familiarity with POS systems, basic math skills, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
Strong communication skills to engage with customers confidently and clearly
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment
Technical sales experience or ability to conduct product demos enhances your effectiveness in this role
Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining excellent customer service standards
