Casinos & Entertainment is seeking a dedicated 3rd Cook for full-time shifts at Casino Rama Resort. Under the supervision of the Sous Chef, you will prepare food, create cold trays, and ensure presentation excellence. A focus on growth and career development complements your culinary skills and experience. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare food under the Sous Chef’s guidance
Make cold trays and sandwiches accurately
Prepare salads, dressings, and fresh vegetables
Cook food using various methods (bake, roast, steam)
Maintain stock inventory and presentation standards Requirements:
High School diploma required
Minimum 1-year culinary experience in a restaurant
Passion for food and culinary arts
Hot and cold food preparation experience preferred
