Manage day-to-day cafe operations effectively

Oversee staff hiring, training, and development Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of management experience
5 years in Food & Beverage, 2 in coffee shop
Robust leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office
