Join AXS as a Logistics & Business Operations Coordinator. Drive efficiency through ERP management and logistics support for continuous improvement in operations. In this position with AXS, your focus will be on keeping the operational backbone of the company robust and responsive.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to manage data in our ERP system, oversee product logistics, and ensure the accuracy of price lists. Being comfortable with rapid changes will enable you to excel in this role and deliver meaningful contributions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate product SKUs and specifications in ERP
Audit records to correct discrepancies efficiently
Compare freight quotes and select optimal carriers




Track shipments and communicate updates proactively
Assist with various administrative tasks within operations Requirements:
Associate's degree or relevant combination of education and experience
2–4 years of logistics or operations support experience
Working knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for NetSuite
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
