Schedule: Monday to Friday (one of the following shifts): 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

At Oona, we’re raising the standard of fertility, perinatal, peri/menopause, and pediatric care in Canada. Our clinics are warm, community-driven spaces where clients feel genuinely supported at every stage of their journey. We’re growing our team at our Meadowvale, Mississauga location and looking for people who share our passion for exceptional, people-first care.

The Role

We’re looking for an outgoing, qualified, and warm receptionist to be the welcoming face of our front desk.

Responsibilities & Duties
Warmly greeting clients with a smile and ensuring they receive and complete any paperwork required for their appointments
Answering phones and emails in a friendly, qualified manner; booking appointments and checking in yoga/workshop participants
Processing insurance claims online and accepting payments for appointments




Verifying sales reports from the previous day and following up with insurance companies on outstanding payments
Keeping the waiting room, studio, and clinic rooms organized, stocked, and looking great
Preparing paperwork for the next day’s patients
Supporting practitioners and instructors as needed and troubleshooting issues as they arise
Tidying the kitchen, washing coffee mugs, and emptying garbage as needed
Other duties as required

Qualifications & Skills
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Genuinely friendly and calm under pressure – our environment is welcoming, but it does get busy
Comfortable in a fast-paced setting and proactive during quieter moments
Proficient in GSuite, MS Word, and Excel; must be comfortable using Macs
Flexibility to cover additional hours for vacations is an asset
