Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions using Micros POS systems accurately and efficiently
Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Manage cash handling duties, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including food prep stations and dining spaces
Support daily operations by serving customers promptly,



managing time effectively, and working collaboratively with team members

Experience
Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and basic math for cash transactions
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in serving or food industry roles that demonstrate reliability and teamwork
Basic understanding of time management to prioritize tasks during busy periods
