Assess property quality in office and identify improvement prospects




Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for assets
Oversee landscaping evolution in collaboration with specialized consultants
Manage design projects to enhance customer experience
Ensure adherence to Carbonleo’s Design Criteria across assets Requirements:
University degree in relevant design field
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Robust problem-solving and observational skills
Proficient in design software like AutoCAD and SketchUp
