Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer with a robust interest in commercial law, real property transactions, and estate planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop a broad, community-based practice with an experienced, collaborative and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities - Handle a range of commercial law matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, and commercial transactions
Conduct and manage residential and commercial real estate transactions
Advise clients on and prepare wills, powers of attorney, and estate plans
Assist with estate administration matters
Support and develop other areas of the law as your interests develop and prospects arise




Maintain strong client relationships and deliver practical legal advice
Work both independently and collaboratively within the firm Qualifications - Member in good standing (or eligible for membership) with the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society
New calls with relevant interest encouraged to apply
Demonstrated interest in commercial, property, and estate planning law
Strong organizational, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to manage files efficiently and meet deadlines
Commitment to providing excellent client service
