W3Global is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead financial operations in a Canadian manufacturing setting. You will oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance, reporting to the CFO and guiding the finance team.

You will optimize ERP systems (Dynamics NAV/D365), manage budgeting and forecasting, and provide insightful analyses to drive strategic decisions across operations and supply chain.
