Join the Family Navigation Hub at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital as an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse. Provide creative pediatric nursing care in this temporary full time role. As a Registered Nurse, you will focus on establishing a nursing role in the Family Navigation Hub team.

Required expertise includes pediatric rehabilitation, family-centered care, and collaborative practices. You’ll support families and children with complex medical needs while promoting independence through education and care planning. Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based nursing care to clients
Develop treatment plans with clients and families
Monitor client progress and implement care recommendations
Coordinate referrals and community resource support
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community providers Requirements:
Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum one year pediatric nursing experience preferred
Certification in Pediatric Nursing is a plus
