Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections of facility systems
• Complete preventative maintenance on building infrastructure




• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, and general equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Safely operate forklifts and perform physical tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience
