Pine River Institute is seeking a motivated Part time Maintenance Worker who can handle various general repairs and maintenance duties. This role requires solid time management skills and a willingness to work independently while supporting our mission-oriented team. You will operate equipment, perform maintenance on facilities, and contribute to the overall well-being of our youth in treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform minor repairs on fixtures and surfaces




• Manage grass cutting and minor landscaping tasks
• Clear snow from entrances and sidewalks
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over 5 years of minor building repair experience
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• WHMIS certified with a clean police check
