Full Time Sales Representative

Compensation

Guaranteed hourly wage plus performance‑based bonus, paid weekly. $760 to $1,750+ per week.

Responsibilities
Sells programs and services to current and prospective customers around assigned territory.
Conducts follow‑up of leads and customer retention/service calls through telephone and person‑to‑person contact to identify customer needs.
Develops customized solutions based on customer needs, using the TruGreen suite of lawn care products and services.

Qualifications
No experience required.
Valid driver’s license not required but considered an asset.
Criminal background check required prior to hire.
