Monthly ORKA Rounds

Engage in cross-disciplinary discussions to solve complex return-to-play cases and refine programming strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing
Coach athletes across our Team Training and OPP (Onsite Performance Programs)
Contribute to individualized programming using athlete data and testing results
Communicate and collaborate with physiotherapists and rehab professionals




Build strong rapport with athletes, parents, and support teams
Participate in ongoing education, staff development, and content creation
Contribute to a high-performance environment that values precision, intent, and care

What We’re Looking For
BSc in Kinesiology or related field (MSc or advanced coursework an asset)
NSCA CSCS or equivalent certification
Experience coaching athletes in a high-performance setting
Confidence in using data to guide decision-making
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mentality
Eagerness to grow within a cooperative, cutting-edge team

Role Details

Location: NE Calgary

Schedule: Primarily Afternoons and Evenings (Potential for weekends as well).

Employment Type: Full time (Employee).
