Excellent 6 months contract, our client is looking for a Manager, Pricing Analytics to support strategic pricing initiatives across both B2 B and B2 C portfolios. This role will provide critical analytical and decision support for pricing increases and other pricing-related changes, helping drive profitable growth while balancing customer, market, and competitive considerations. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Commercial, and business leaders to evaluate pricing opportunities, develop data-driven recommendations, and support executive decision-making. This individual will also play a key role in coordinating pricing governance processes, including leading pricing steering committee meetings and monitoring implementation outcomes.Responsibilities Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess proposed price increases and other pricing changes. Evaluate the expected impact of pricing actions on revenue, volume, customer retention, mix, and margin. Analyze customer, product, contract, channel, and segment profitability to identify pricing risks and opportunities. Assess price realization, discount leakage, competitive positioning, and performance versus plan. Partner with Finance, Commercial, and business teams to develop fact-based pricing recommendations.
Perform post-implementation analysis of approved pricing changes, comparing actual revenue, volume, retention, and margin results against approved assumptions Coordinate and lead pricing steering committee meetings, including agendas, pre-read materials, presentations, meeting facilitation, and action tracking. Consolidate pricing proposals and analytical findings into transparent recommendations for senior leadership. Document key decisions, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and outstanding actions. Follow up with accountable business owners to support the timely completion of pricing-related deliverables. Facilitate cross-functional discussions on pricing trade-offs across growth, competitiveness, customer impact, and profitability. Develop clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations supporting pricing strategy, recommendations, and decision-making. Translate complex financial and commercial analysis into practical business insights and compelling narratives. Support the development of pricing strategy materials, business cases, implementation updates, and performance reporting. Develop and maintain reusable pricing models, templates, reporting tools, and process documentation, ensuring effective knowledge
