You will oversee marketing for one of CIL’s major strategic customers. This role requires a partnership with the Senior National Account team and various internal stakeholders to develop integrated marketing plans. Your focus will be enhancing shopper experiences and achieving measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual channel marketing plan development and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional strategies
• Create compelling presentations and manage marketing approvals
• Measure program effectiveness and optimize marketing ROI
• Coordinate and lead customer meetings and trade shows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 5–7 years in Channel Marketing or related areas
• Experience with national retail accounts in manufacturing
• Familiarity with consumer packaged goods preferred
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
