Enhance patient health as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our ambulatory clinic. Engage with patients and healthcare teams through effective care coordination in Kansas.
This full time position focuses on utilizing the nursing process to support patient health initiatives. Responsibilities include greeting patients, administering medications, documenting vital signs, and managing follow-up procedures. You’ll work within established standards, ensuring safety and adhering to nursing policies while providing emotional and physical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and prepare patients for their appointments
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses
• Support healthcare providers during examinations and treatments
• Maintain updated patient records and documentation
• Arrange and coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited program
• High School graduate or GED
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
• Active Kansas LPN licensure
• Medical office experience is desirable
