Bridge Brewing is looking for an experienced, hands-on Supervisor to join our North Vancouver team. We're a local craft brewery with a busy taproom and kitchen, and we need someone who can lead shifts, support the team, and help keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

- Supervise day-to-day operations in the taproom
- Lead and support staff during shifts
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality
- Help train new team members
- Assist with inventory, opening/closing duties, and problem-solving on the floor
- Work closely with management to ensure a great guest experience

What We're Looking For:

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant, brewery, or hospitality setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in craft beer and hospitality
- Flexible availability,



including evenings and weekends
