Shift: Monday– Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM In this role, you will be responsible to:

- Work as a member of a team with department leadership to run an effective, efficient department
- Ability to spend 60-70% of workday on the floor
- Oversee production and processes focusing on safety, quality and efficiencies
- Manage daily targets
- Promote and lead in safety, quality, 5S, and Continuous Improvement
- Lead meetings as required
- Assist with problem solving and investigations
- Implement and sustain any new tools
- Support with time and attendance as required
- Act as a key person in the designated work area
- Develop cross training plan for department
- Ensure materials are available for use
- Ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding planning, quality, personnel, safety,



and materials

- Ability to understand and write simple correspondences as well as verbal communication in English
