Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to oversee our Property Care Crew, driving excellence in landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture services. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional property care that enhances the aesthetic and functional value of our clients’ properties.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the property care crew, assigning daily tasks related to landscape maintenance, gardening, irrigation systems, and horticulture projects.
- Coordinate team schedules to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining safety protocols.
- Oversee the execution of landscape improvements, including planting, pruning, lawn care, and construction-related tasks.
- Monitor work quality to meet company standards and client expectations; provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment; enforce safety procedures across all job sites.




- Collaborate with clients or property managers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored outdoor solutions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to build a skilled and motivated crew.

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or construction environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening techniques, horticulture practices, and landscape upkeep.
- Experience with construction projects related to outdoor spaces is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients effectively.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities to handle unforeseen challenges on-site.
