Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Team Member to join our food service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food, operating the POS system, and supporting the team with daily operations. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly and professional service
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and quality standards
- Operate the POS system accurately and process cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Assist customers with menu questions, orders, and basic concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Stock ingredients, supplies, and products as needed
- Assist with food preparation, cleaning, and other daily operational tasks
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards





Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, cooking, or customer service is an asset
- Basic cooking and food preparation skills
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take direction
