Experienced Shawarma Maker

GrillZo is looking for an experienced and reliable Shawarma Maker to join our team in London, Ontario.

We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience preparing shawarma and understands the importance of quality, consistency, speed, and cleanliness in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook chicken and lamb shawarma to a high standard
- Properly operate and manage the shawarma spit
- Slice shawarma efficiently and consistently
- Prepare wraps, plates, rice bowls, poutines, and other menu items
- Maintain proper food preparation and portion control
- Keep the shawarma station clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work efficiently during busy hours and handle high-volume orders




- Assist with general kitchen duties when required

Requirements
- Previous shawarma-making experience is required
- Experience working in a busy restaurant or fast-food setting
- Strong understanding of shawarma preparation and cooking
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining food quality
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food Handler Certificate is an asset
