We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Member to join our restaurant team. The Team Member will be responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests, and contributing to a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities





- Prepare and assemble food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest needs promptly
- Handle food safely, adhering to sanitation and food handling protocols
- Assist with cashier duties, including processing payments accurately and upselling menu items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
- Support team members in serving guests efficiently and courteously
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed at all times

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus
- Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and upselling products effectively
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and proper food handling practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and qualified demeanor
