equipment & technology; Log work ordersin TMW and maintain detailed and accurate reports of all work completedMonitor parts inventory and replenish as required according to departmental procedure; Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliance undertakings; Coach, guide and provide technical oversight to Shop Apprentices; Maintain a safeand clean, productive and efficient work area; and,Perform other duties as assigned.Key Relationships:Mechanics & ApprenticesFleet ManagerDrivers & Driver Services TeamWarehouse ManagerGeneral ManagerNone Role technical oversight of Apprentice Mechanics.Qualifications & Requirements:Three (3) to Five (5) years' trade experience with 310T certificationProven mechanical abilities in hydraulics and electrical, including schematics and diagnosticsComfortable coaching and/or mentoring apprentices within a registered apprentice programAbility to work independently and in a team in a busy environment; Must possess tools appropriate for fleet maintenanceAZ licence and welding experience preferred; G class is required.Technology: Must be PC Literate, with mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and specific job-related software applications.
