Key ResponsibilitiesDriver Recruitment & HiringManage full-cycle driver hiring process Post and optimize job ads (Indeed, Facebook, trucking boards) Screen candidates (Class 1 license, abstracts, experience) Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified driversRoad Testing & Driver EvaluationConduct road tests for all new hires Evaluate backing, highway driving, and safety habits Approve or reject candidates based on performance Maintain detailed evaluation records (liability protection)Safety & Compliance ManagementEnsure compliance with NSC (National Safety Code), DOT / FMCSA (U.S. operations), and ELD / HOS regulations Maintain driver qualification files, safety training logs,
